Clear Standards for Privacy and Compliance

At TRAK Forensics, we work where financial risk, legal exposure, and regulatory scrutiny meet. That means privacy and compliance are never optional. From Anchorage to clients across the U.S., we work with law firms, executive teams, boards, medical organizations, tribal bodies, and private businesses who trust us with their most sensitive data. Our job is to solve high-stakes problems—without compromising your information, your case, or your trust.

What We Collect and Why It Matters

Depending on your needs, we may collect tax returns, payroll data, grant records, system exports, or financial accounts. We don’t hold data longer than needed. In general, tax records stay on file for about three years, payroll items for four, and more complex matters involving losses or errors for six to seven. If there's an open audit, unresolved taxes, or suspected fraud, we retain records as needed to remain compliant. Clients can always request copies. If deletion is lawful and there are no outstanding issues, we will approve the request.

Who Owns the Work Product

Every memo, analysis, schedule, timeline, or draft we prepare stays the property of TRAK Forensics. This Work Product helps support our findings, protect legal standing, and guide our professional judgment. Clients receive the final deliverables listed in our agreement and any original records they provided. Internal documents created during an engagement are not shared unless required by law or authorized legal direction.

Conditions for Disclosure

We only release Work Product or supporting materials when required by regulation, subpoena, or instruction from legal counsel. In cases of unpaid balances, we may hold deliverables except where legal filing deadlines require their release. Proprietary methods and specialized forensic processes remain protected even after the matter ends. Clients count on us to keep their information locked down—and we take that responsibility seriously.

Supporting Mission-Critical Work

When operations collapse, records disappear, or financial issues block legal progress, clients call us. TRAK Forensics brings deep accounting and legal knowledge together to manage breakdowns, rebuild systems, and protect outcomes. We’ve helped stabilize schools, restructure tribal operations, support court timelines, and handle discovery reviews that others can’t manage.

Start Protecting What Matters Most

When your matter involves risk, exposure, or sensitive information, our standards safeguard what’s most important. Don’t leave privacy or accuracy to chance. Request support now from our forensic experts and find out how we help stabilize even the most complex cases.
